About Us

Here at Joe E. Williams, Jr. P.C, it is our mission to provide injured and hurting people with professional legal representation, which not only is highly effective but also ethical and compassionate. Our reputation for representing clients in an effective and ethical manner has been clearly established in the community, and most of our clients come to us through personal referrals from past clients.

In all cases involving bodily injury or insurance claims, the initial consultation is entirely free. We will meet with you, evaluate your claim and provide you with legal guidance. If you choose to hire this office to represent you in a bodily injury or insurance claim, then such representation is on a contingent fee basis. This means there is no up-front fee to the client, but the attorney's fees are a percentage of any recovery either through trial or through settlement.
