In all cases involving bodily injury or insurance claims, the initial consultation is entirely free. We will meet with you, evaluate your claim and provide you with legal guidance. If you choose to hire this office to represent you in a bodily injury or insurance claim, then such representation is on a contingent fee basis. This means there is no up-front fee to the client, but the attorney's fees are a percentage of any recovery either through trial or through settlement.
Joe Williams is a trial lawyer, who has been practicing law in Macon, Ga., since 1977. During this time, Mr. Williams has handled thousands of cases and has represented hundreds of people who have been injured in various types of accidents.
Joseph E. Williams III is a Macon native who attended Georgia College and State University for his undergraduate degree. After college he attended the prestigious Walter F. George School of Law and is a member of the Georgia BAR. Joseph handles many types of cases including Domestic, Wills and Probate, Criminal, Contracts, Personal Injury, and Debt collection.
